Finance Cockpit
Cash position, the 180-day horizon, what needs attention and recent movements on one screen.
CashEye/Product
CashEye isn’t a bundle of separate modules. A record is written once and lands in balances, cash flow, calendar, forecast, risk, tasks and the audit trail in the same operation.
Modules
The menu is filtered by role, so everyone lands on the screen their decision needs. Underneath, there is a single ledger.
Cash position, the 180-day horizon, what needs attention and recent movements on one screen.
Actual, planned and forecast kept apart, day by day, with collection and payment centres.
Ageing and payment behaviour; consolidated bank position and card limit risk.
The cheque lifecycle; principal, interest and instalment schedules on the obligation side.
Confidence-weighted cash forecast, scenarios that never touch source records, and the risk centre.
Every alert links to a task or an approval; payments above the threshold go through maker-checker.
Users, seven role levels, integrations and an audit trail of every critical change.
Movement, collection, payment, cheque, card, loan, task and company - one click from anywhere.
One operation, many outcomes
Say you split a 500,000 TRY receivable into a 200,000 bank transfer and a 300,000 cheque. One command, one atomic operation.
The company balance and ageing are updated.
The receivable is recorded as an open item.
A planned collection and a 45-day cheque enter the portfolio.
Two cash items and a calendar entry are created.
Forecast, KPIs, events and the audit record are written.
What if it fails halfway? It can’t. Every step is written in a single atomic operation - if one fails, none are written. Send the same request twice and you still get one record.
Cash forecast
Each item enters the daily close weighted by how likely it is to happen. The safe threshold is set per company and checked separately for every forecast day.
Scenario mode
In scenario mode you drag items on the finance calendar. Source records stay as they are; the change lives only in the calculation. Minimum cash, the gap date and the difference recalculate instantly.
Risk centre
Alerts scattered across modules come together in one centre and are normalised from 0 to 100: 0-30 low, 31-60 medium, 61-80 high, 81-100 critical. Every row links to a task, an approval or a scenario.

Critical financial calculations run on the server, not in the browser. Even if the same event is processed twice, no second record is created.
The forecast is recalculated; any day below the threshold is flagged as a cash gap.
Past-due items turn overdue and produce a risk, an alert and a single task.
Alerts and tasks open for cheques and notes coming due.
Payments above the threshold enter the approval flow; the requester can’t approve their own.
Limit usage is monitored and a risk record is created when the threshold is crossed.
Every critical change is written with who, when, before and after.
