Cash horizon
7, 30, 90 and 180 days. Every day that would dip below the safe threshold is flagged before it arrives.
Bank, customer, cheque and loan movements on one screen. CashEye computes the next 180 days day by day, flags the cash gap before it arrives and puts the next move in front of you.

Your accounting software shows you today. For tomorrow, there’s CashEye.
One platform
Every record is entered once and lands in balances, calendar, forecast, risk and tasks at the same time. No copying data between screens.
7, 30, 90 and 180 days. Every day that would dip below the safe threshold is flagged before it arrives.
Every maturing cheque flows into the forecast automatically.
Ranked by amount, delay and customer risk. The top one is the one that helps most.
Payments above the threshold need approval. The requester can’t approve their own.
Alerts from every module roll up into one score, and every row links to an action.
Cheque scanning
Keying in thirty cheques takes an afternoon. CashEye reads the cheque from your camera, parses the fields and writes them into an editable form. The image never leaves your device - recognition runs entirely in the browser.
Confidence-weighted forecast
Most tools add up every receivable and call it your cash. CashEye weights each item by how likely it is to happen before adding it to the daily close. The curve you see is realistic, not optimistic.
One record, everywhere
Receivable, collection, cheque, cash flow, forecast and audit trail are written in a single atomic operation. If one fails, none are written; send the same request twice and you still get one record.
The whole productScenario mode
In scenario mode, drag a payment on the calendar; minimum cash and the gap date recalculate instantly. Source records stay untouched - applying a scenario to real records needs its own permission.
Scenario modeA 30-second test
This calculator doesn’t average the month. It places collections and payments on the days they actually land - so you can hit bottom mid-month even when the monthly totals add up.
Payroll goes out on the 15th, tax on the 26th, cheques on the 8th and 22nd; collections spread across the month.
A simplified illustration. The forecast inside CashEye accounts for customer payment behaviour, cheque maturities and your loan schedule.

The menu adapts to each role, so everyone lands on the screen their decision needs.
Cash position, the 180-day horizon and what needs attention, at a glance.
Moves the payment in a scenario and sees how minimum cash changes.
Starts from a list ranked by amount, delay and risk.
One quick-action menu: movement, collection, payment, cheque, card, loan.
The difference
Enterprise foundation
Security isn’t a feature added later; it is the foundation the product runs on in production.
Every record belongs to a workspace. No access without an active membership and a verified role.
The browser can’t write financial records. Every operation is validated on the server, atomic and safe to retry.
Payments above the threshold go to approval; the requester can’t approve their own.
Financial records are never physically deleted. Corrections are made with a traceable reversing entry.
Who, what, when, before and after - every critical change is recorded.
Daily backups, 30-day retention and point-in-time recovery are enabled.
No. CashEye doesn’t keep statutory books or file returns. Your accounting software records today; CashEye turns those records into cash flow and computes tomorrow. Invoice integration and automatic invoicing are part of the higher plans.
Bank balance and transaction viewing, plus invoice integration, are part of the Professional and Enterprise plans; we confirm supported banks on a call. On Starter, balances come in through bulk entry and shortcuts like cheque scanning.
No. Image processing and text recognition run entirely in your browser. Neither the image nor the raw text is stored; the only thing saved is the cheque fields you approve.
Every item enters with a confidence weight: confirmed 1.00, high 0.85, medium 0.60, low 0.35. No data is invented; an unknown amount is shown as unknown, never as zero.
Yes. Reports and saved views can be exported, and if you leave you get a complete export. Your data is yours.
You don’t have to wait until month-end to find out. Try it with your own numbers, or book a walkthrough for your team.
